Safe for people, furnishings, artwork, walks, and flooring, and can be customized by zone, intensity, and duration. The primary scent zone is priced at the full base package rate, with additional zones available at $750–$1,500 per zone, depending on square footage and diffuser requirements. Each zone may feature the same signature scent for consistency or a custom scent per zone to enhance wayfinding, elevate VIP spaces, or reinforce distinct brand moments throughout the event.

Large-Scale Scenting | $4,200 +

Our Large-Scale Scenting solution is designed for expansive environments of 16,000 square feet and above, delivering consistent, immersive scent coverage across large venues. Pricing is fully customized and based on factors such as overall layout, airflow, ceiling height, and diffuser placement requirements. A site walk-through or detailed floor plan review is required to ensure accurate scoping and performance. As a general guideline, pricing typically ranges from $250–$300 per additional 1,000 square feet, allowing for scalable coverage while maintaining precise scent control throughout the space.

Multi-Day Event Scenting Discount

Our Multi-Day Event Scenting is ideal for tech conferences, conventions, and extended corporate programs. To support longer event durations, we offer tiered multi-day discounts, including 30% off the base rate on Day 2 and an additional 20% off the base rate for each subsequent day. Multi-day rentals for events 50,000+ square feet qualify for additional volume-based discounts, offering greater savings for large-scale productions. This package includes scent programming, ongoing monitoring, and fragrance replenishment to ensure consistent performance and a seamless sensory experience throughout the entire event.
