Our scents are paraben-free and carcinogen-free. They are safe for diffusion around children and pets. Using cold-air diffusion technology, our oils are dispersed in the air without water or heat, making them safe for art and furniture.

Each diffuser features customizable scent timing cycles ("work/pause") to calibrate the perfect ratio for your space and desired scent intensity. For example, with our 2,000 square foot diffuser:

• Running the diffuser for 7 hours a day at a 30-second work/30-second pause cycle results in a 500 ml bottle lasting 30 days.

• Running the diffuser for 14 hours a day at the same cycle results in a 500 ml bottle lasting 15 days.

Yes, if they have the same scent notes then likely they smell similar, however, ingredient ratios may vary. Sample our oils!

Our oil composition is specifically formulated for cold-air diffusers only. Yes, our oils can be used in similar diffusers! Please note that some companies may void your diffuser warranty if non-brand oils are used. We do sell our diffusers with NO oil subscription required and hassel-free exchanges for reported issues.

Yes! We offer a Pick-5 Sample Pack where you can choose 5 scents. We mail you 2 ml samples in mini amber glass bottles. Simply add the Sample Pack to your cart, then select each scent by clicking on "Scent for Pick-5 Sample Pack" from the milliliters dropdown menu.

For Cold Diffusion oil purchases, please note that shipping times may take up to 3 weeks. Oils are not pre-poured or mass-produced in order to maintain their freshness and quality. Oil orders are bottled once a week, and if an order is placed after the weekly bottling day, it will not be processed until the following week. We recommend placing refill orders at least 1 month prior to when the oil is needed to ensure timely delivery.
